Hey gorgeous, I’m Bridget Brocklebank.

Ever feel like life gets too much?  Do you crave to be happier, healthier, and feel more balanced?

I’ve been on a journey and I’ve found some answers, and now I’m on a heartfelt mission to empower women just like you, to become the best version of themselves.

Just a few short years ago I craved what I have now, but back then I couldn’t find the answers.

In the first 3 years of having our beautiful twin boys life was far from balanced. I mean I KNEW I was going to feel tired, but NOTHING prepared me for what came… after weeks of asking myself ‘what’s wrong with me, why am I SO tired,’ – we’re not talking afternoon slumps here, but full blown fatigue – it transpired I had adrenal fatigue (a common condition, amongst women especially, in our modern day lifestyles).  

Was I glowing in my motherhood role? Far from it!

Then what started as a ‘I feel a bit low’ feeling developed into a full blown mood disorder.  Holy cow… ‘what’s happening to me’ I kept asking?

I wanted to feel ‘whole’ again, but I just felt broken.

I went to see my GP who prescribed me anti-depressants.  I knew something wasn’t right but I also knew popping pills of Prozac wasn’t the answer either.

My journey has led to many discoveries, one being that there is an epidemic amongst modern women struggling with what I did, and which led me to write this article for the Huffington Post.

If we were ‘whole’ once, then we can be WHOLE again. 

My journey back to WHOLENESS started with training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, and it’s here where I learnt the integrative approach to feeling whole and balanced.
